Investigation on COVID Vaccine Hesitancy

- Used LASSO and data visualization to select critical variables from the original 150+ ones and categorized them based on distribution to perform logistic regressions
- Examined outputs from GEE models and mixed effect models (correlation and interaction considered) using different working correlation structure, hypothesis testing, confusion matrix and provided estimated odds ratios and significance metrics
